12 Weeks High Intensity
A 12-week strength-driven HIIT programdesigned to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and enhance athletic performance. Combining strength intervals, athletic conditioning, and high-intensity circuits, ZONE7 progressively increases intensity over three phases while training four days per week. Each workout includes structured guidance, warm-ups, finishers, and weekly progression to ensure continuous improvement. By the end of the program, participants gain a leaner, stronger, and more explosive physique with real-life functional fitness.
