12 Weeks High Intensity
A 12-week advanced body-sculpt program designed for clients ready to push harder, lift heavier, and take their physique to the next level. While glute development remains the core focus, the program also targets the full body with structured Glutes & Push, Glutes & Pull, and Glutes & Legs sessions. With progressive overload, increased volume, and challenging movement patterns, GI MAX ensures continuous adaptation, improved strength, and a more sculpted, athletic physique through a sustainable three-day-per-week schedule.
